Hi, I’m Dharmil Rathod!​

I’m a Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) consultant based in Toronto. I help businesses understand how their customers and employees truly feel and turn that feedback into clear, practical improvements.

This is a sample dashboard built for a fashion retail store to help them understand customer feedback.

What It Shows:

It shows what customers liked and didn’t like about the store, how satisfaction is trending, what matters most to them, and real comments that explain why.​

My Role:​

I designed the survey, programmed it with custom logic in Qualtrics, and built the full dashboard. Everything was tailored to show insights clearly and simply, so teams could take action without digging through raw data.
